No Equipment? No worries!

All of our classes are designed to use common everyday items such as cushions, tins and tea towels, to enable access to everyone no matter what you have.

What type of yoga is it?

A way to connect your mind, body, breath and spirit. In each class I take you on a journey.

Starting with a meaningful meditation to engage your mind and breath, we then move through a flow of postures and finish off with relaxation and a poem.

The classes uplift and inspire you with different themes every week which enhance body awareness and strength. A variety of options are given throughout the class to match your abilities.

There are no acrobatics or convoluted postures. It is real yoga for real people. The aim is to encourage you to reconnect with yourself both physically and mentally with a bit of fun along the way !

How to get the most from your live zoom yoga class

Here are 10 handy hints to help you enjoy your zoom yoga class !

1. Set a boundary with your household that you are unavailable for an hour.

2. Switch your phone to silent and put it somewhere you can't see it.

3. Make your yoga space as comfortable as possible with your equipment close to hand.

4. Maybe light a candle (Somewhere safe!)and use incense if that's your thing, likewise with health and safety precautions.

5. Have ambient lighting and make sure you are warm enough.

6. Move everything out the the way that may be a trip or bump hazard and have enough room to reach arms and legs out beyond your mat.

7. You can play music of your choice if you wish (make sure you are on mute)

8. Remember not to start washing machines or dishwashers or any machine that might disturb you in relaxation or during class.

9. Listen to your body throughout the class to maximise autonomy for your own well being. Do not do anything that hurts.

10. Give yourself a pat on the back for giving yourself some self care. You deserve it!

Your Teacher

Hi, my name is Jude.

I found yoga quite late in life and it transformed my life. After falling in love with yoga I decided to study and qualify as a yoga teacher purely for my own self development. I had no intention of actually teaching ( my thoughts were who me? I couldn't possibly! This is a perfect example of how yoga has helped me as it got me over that stumbling block !) and as it turned out, I was so blown away by the joy that yoga brought into my life, I just had to share it.

Yoga helps us to reconnect with our inner selves, re-igniting our spark and authenticity. I am a big believer that yoga is for everyone, no matter what your age or health issues. Yoga is not about fancy poses and being so bendy that you can tie yourself up into a pretzel. It's about connecting to your own body, breath and sense of self. It's about discovering and being whoever you are and embracing that wholeheartedly. By being kind and compassionate to yourself, you can then be kind and compassionate to others. My quest is to make yoga fun but meaningful, and accessible to all. That's why I started the Feel Good Club, in a bid to help people join their body, mind and spirit together to access joy, serenity and wellbeing.
